chi linh holiday
Hi my name is linh and this is my blogs.My blogs is a story about my holiday that i went over sea to see my relative at Vietnam.I was born over Vietnam and havent been back there for least ten year.So my family decide that i should go there for a holiday i reallydidnt wanted to go but they convince me.It tooked quited awhile before i was excited to go.So they book a flight for me it was qantas airoplane that i was going to fly in and i was staying at Vietnam for a couple of months .I pack up my suit cast and was all ready to go.The day had come for me to catch the flight.My family came to the airport as well to say good bye to me.I never been to a airport or on a airoplane so it was quited scarey for that frist time.When they cheack my suit case and was on my way to the airoplane i said my last good bye to my family before going.I had to wait at the gate for awhile until the airoplane to come and pick me and the other passenger.The plane arrived at the right time and was boarding the passenger to the plane and to there set i sat right next to the right wing of the plane it was a very nice view.When everyone was settle in there seat the flight attendance would show the safety procedure for the plane and the captain will tell you where the flight was headding to and seat belt has to be put on before the plane is taking of.Then the plane will go to the run way there that when the plane will take of.The filling of plane taking of fill mad when plane engine fully bloost up and the plane started to excellerate up to 360km per hour then it lift of the filling sitting in the plane fill you are in the a rollercoaster but more extreame.Looking from the window down everything look like ant in the plane you are not allow to use any electronic because it will interferce with the raidar and will cause a crash with other plane .you only can use the electronic that they provided to you.Up in the plane i get free food,drink and get to wacth the latest movie even the one that havent came out in cinema.It was hard to sleep because the sit was not that comforable like a bed. The scary thing was there were many terberlance the plane sake around but it not that bad when you are use to it.There were alot of vietnamese on my flight but i was sitting next to an aussie.8 hour in the plane the captain told us that the plane is now in Vietam and will be landidng soon i was happy that it was finally nearly over.The plane landed in Saigon Ho Chi Minh city the South of Vietnam everyone was ready to leave the plane but we had to use bus to get into the airport.They check my passport and let me through to there country .In front of the airport my family was waiting for me they havent saw me since i was 7 year old but they have recent photo of me sented to them that how they know it was me and i have a picture of them.I was happy when i saw them and they saw me after seeing each other they got me in there car and head back home which was a small village in the country side it took another four hour to get there .when i got home it was already dark and i was tired so i went to sleep and wait for tomorrow to see my relative.The next morning they took me out for breakfast then we went to the market.It quite different from the in Australlia just the look but there were all short thing like hair dresser,arcade,book store,cafe,jewwellery and hospital eg.If you can find it over Australlia then you can still find it in vietnam.At the market i learnt that if you do not bargin they will rip you of and it mite be not a good quality and you have to pay a high price.The food at the resturant was very yummy that i had to eat two bowl.At a vietnamese markets fruit was the cheapest thing that you can buy because each of everyone have a whole farm of fruit tree there for it was cheap.There were least car but there were heap of motorbike they were every where and that why you should have to be very careful not to hit in one of them.The market is located right next to a river and i lift on the other side of the river i have to cacth ferry to get to the other side also for the villager in my town.The fearry was not humungous like the one at Sydney it three time smaller and only can fix a decent amount 30 eg.The river is call the Mekong river its a freash water stream where there are hundreds of boats, ships and ferry going past every day and night.The boat were also use to makes money to transpot people through the river and also train,motorbike,bus,car,zyclo and van were the transpot on road.The road inVietnam is very dangerous than Australia and have quite a lot of accident happen the one who drive a motorbike some time dont even wear a helmet for safety and if crashes occour it will be fatal and lot of injury or may be dealth.For cars, buses and van there are only two lane on the road they even drive over the opposite lane just to over you and nearly crashing the other driver it illegal but most of the drivers still do it if caught big fine but to got alway from it give a bribe and you get a warning and they let you of and wont lose your licence just a little bribe wont harm.So if you are going to Vietnam for a holiday i recommend to you that should use public transpot or a taxi.Back to my family we got out of the market and went back home and start talking to them.Them meaning as in my grandma,grandpha,auntys,uncles and cousins.They were happy that i came back to see them and i was to. We talk and talk then it was time for a bath i took the bath in one of the river it was quite cold but i got use to it.The reason why i took a bath in the river because i lift the country side and there were no bathroom like over here but up the city there were bath like our.I did not went down the river by my self my cousin and uncle came down to they were accompany me the water was just a bit cold so we have to hurry up taking the bath befor we mite cacth a cold when swimming around inthe river for awhile i could see little fishs swimming around but it was hard to cacth them.After the bath we dry our self and had dinner.To cook a meal is not that easy there were no oven or gas stove my aunty had to use fire woods to cook every thing.woods were collicted in backyard the source of woods came from the coconut trees.To get the best fresh water to drink 1 from rain 2 coconut but for cooking we use the river water the water not that dirty.After dinner i went to sleep.the next day i went to see my other realitives i have alot uncles,auntys and even grand uncle grand aunty there were to many i couldent remmeber all of them.The things i brougth was foods eg ice cream and Viet food.Books there were very less book to buy eg how to play chinese chest.Drinks eg coffe soft drink.Fruits eg apple,durian,mango and coconut.Clothings t shirt, pant and fongs.The things i done fishing fish up litle fish.Riding a motor bike a honda and ride a push bike.Play Vietnamese snooker.Climb tree big and small.Pick fruit eg mango coconut.Swimming in the river it was a big one.Visit relatives all of them.Roted canol into the middle of the river.Went to a small concert.Make some friends.Went to cacth crabs,muscle,fish, lobster and shell caught in a little dam bring it home and cook them.Net casting caught very big fish.The places i went.I went all my relative houses and other market.People i seen was my relative and some that i never seen befor wicth got to do with my relatives.So my story has ended here i was on my way back to Australlia everyone said good bye then i was on the plane back to Sydney.The end thank for reading.
